How to check yourself in

Guest locker

1.
After receiving your reservation, we will send you an e-mail to give you instructions how to check yourself in and your “password” before the date of your arrival. Please do not fail to check it.
2.
If your arrival is later than 18:00, a box affixed with your name is left in the guest locker provided at the reception. Please open the box with the password provided in the e-mail we sent to you.
3.
Your room key and a floor guide are provided in the box to enter your room.
  • The reception is staffed between 9:00 and 18:00. If you have any questions, please check in before 18:00.
  • For guests arriving before 18:00, we will help you check in.
  • You can check in after 15:00. Check-in is possible any time afterwards.
  • Our check-out time is 10:00.
  • We are happy to store your luggage if you arrive before 15:00.
  • Please note that courier service is not available here.
  • We will not enter your room for cleaning purposes during your stay. Please contact us for garbage disposal.
  • No outdoor shoes are allowed in the room. Please use the slippers provided.
  • Parking lot is not available.
